TYR

In Norse myth Tyr is the god of war, law and order and justice. This rune is a primal masculine one and is concerned with the channelling of male energy for positive and creative ends. Because Tyr is the god of justice it also relates to personal responsibility in moral matters.

On a basic level it predicts a love affair or a sexual relationship that will be very happy.

This is the rune of the spititual warrior who is the agent of divine justice. In our popular culture this archetypal figure is often represented in an idealistic way by the comic book super-hero.

This rune guides us towards the adoption of a morality that upholds the finest principles of ethical conduct. While none of us is immortal super-heroes we can aspire to living a life that embraces such an ideal.
