Telephone readings are given in confidence. If you requested your reading to be recorded it will be sent via email within 1-2 working days. You'll be notified if there are any delays.
After agreeing a mutual date and time for your telephone reading, you will have 24 hours to purchase your reading using this website. Failure to do so will result of your allocated appointment to be released again to the general public.
On the agreed date and time, we will telephone you to conduct the reading. All readings are to your Mobile phoneVia WhatsAAP speaker phone. Once an appointment has been allocated and confirmed you’ll receive a confirmation email with what needs to be in place for the reading to go well. This information is important, and needs to be read before the reading. The guidelines in the email need to be implemented on the day. Failure to do so may result in the reading being rescheduled.
Reading guidlines include Finding a quiet spot in a room where you wont be disturbed for the duration of the reading.
Remaining seated during the reading as moving around disturbs the Psychic flow.
We always call our clients on time so it’s important to be ready at the appointment time. ( If there is any delay we will notify you by text)
Readings do not work well if the client is in a stationary or moving car or in/on any other form of transport. Cafe’s and parks, or any other public place.
Readings are given as guidance and not restricted or limited to predictions. Tarot telephone readings with Rosa Derriviere are designed to help you to fulfil your own potential and to empower you in order to live a more satisfying and rewarding life. In the unlikely event that your reading doesn’t flow (this will be evident in the first 5 minutes and at Rosa’s discretion) your reading will be rescheduled to another date and time or refunded.
Please note that in the unfortunate event of you cancelling the reading after purchasing I reserve the rights to give you a refund minus cancellation fee (25%) within 30 days.
Once you have purchased an email reading, and sent us your questions, you will receive your completed email reading within 5 working days, (excluding Saturday and Sundays) unless prior arrangements have been made.
