The tower is about the breaking down of structures that are no longer working in your favour. When this card appears its telling you that existing structures are no longer working for you.  Often, a situation has been allowed to get out of control or has been ignored therefore the universe shakes things up and out in order that you re- build things in a different way.  Once the dust has settled new beginnings, and a healing period often follows.
